TRAJAN DECIUS, (A.D. 249-251), AE as, Rome mint, (10.7 grams), obv. laureate bust of Trajan Decius to right, around IMP C M Q TRAIANVS DECIVS AVG, rev. Dacia standing left with standard, around DACIA, S C across field, (cf.S.2715, RIC 112c, cf.C.19). Nearly very fine/fine, very scarce.

Ex. Sir Charles Oman collection, Christie's, February 7, 1968 (lot 196 part) and a duplicate from the Boston Museum of Fine Arts with their distinctive ticket.
