ELAGABALUS, (A.D. 218-222), silver denarius, Rome Mint, issued A.D. 220-221, (2.89 g), obv. laureate bust of Elagabalus draped to right, around IMP ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, rev. around ABVNDANTIA AVG, Abundantia standing to left emptying cornucopiae held with both hands, star to left, (S.7501, RIC 56, RSC 1a). Toned, good very fine, scarce.
