IONIA, Ephesus, Severus Alexander, (A.D. 222-235), AE 22, (5.86 grams), obv. laureate draped and cuirassed bust to right of Severus Alexander around AVT KAI AVT CEB A**LEXAND*POC, rev. Artemis to right with bow and drawing arrow from quiver, around **EFE*ECI**WN D NEWKORWN*, (cf.S.3306, cf.SNG Cop. 457, SNG Hunter 1718 [for reverse]). Nearly very fine/very fine and rare.
