VAN DIEMEN'S LAND, one shilling promissory note payable in the notes of the Bank of Vans Dieman's Land, unissued form dated Hobart Town 182_ (1824-6). A similar note for sixpence. Both late 19th century printings on unwatermarked plain white paper from the original plates. Together with an old envelope inscribed in black ink '2 Tasmanian Currency Notes'. Very fine. (2)
