BENGAL PRESIDENCY, Murshidabad Mint, 1793 Second Milled issue, Perpetual 19 san sicca series, copy of Standard Gold Currency, in the name of Shah Alam II (A.H.1173-1221, A.D.1759-1806), Gold mohur, (12.34 grams), Regnal Year 19 (fixed), with Privy mark for Murshidabad and with oblique milling to right, (Pr. 401, cf.KM. 103). Nearly extremely fine, scarce.

Ex. Downies auction sale 120, July 20, 1979 (lot 557). $$ Different dies and slightly finer treatment than the Pridmore specimen in this sale.
