NATIONAL DAFFODIL SOCIETY OF N.Z., in silver and bronze (33mm), two die varieties, first silver inscribed 'Christchurch 1930' on obverse, '12 Varieties Daffodils, raised by exhibitor W.Balch' on the reverse, second silver inscribed 'Oamaru 1938' on obverse, 'Champion Seedling W. Balch' on reverse, first bronze inscribed 'Timaru 1934' on obverse, '12 Varieties Daffodils. N.Z. Raised. W. Balch' on reverse, second bronze inscribed 'Invercargill 1939' on obverse, '12 Varieties Seedlings raised by Exhibitor W. Balch' on reverse plus a fifth un-awarded trial piece in silver (S.-). Very fine - extremely fine. (5)
