NEW ZEALAND, Elizabeth II, ten dollars, Fleming (1967-68), SPECIMEN, AO 000000, (P.166a), overprinted `SPECIMEN' diagonally in red and De La Rue oval specimen seal twice on front and back, signature cancelled with one perforated hole. Signs of paper and glue adherance to right margin where removed from album page. Rare. Nearly uncirculated.
