ROYAL AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY OF N.S.W., in bronze (43mm) by W.J. Amor (C.H/3)., obv. H.E. Robert Duff, C.C.M.G. Extremely fine or better and very rare in this metal.

Sir Robert William Duff, born in Scotland 8 May 1835, was educated in London and joined the Royal Navy in 1848, appointed Governor of N.S.W., in 1893 he was the first governor to die in office and was buried in Waverly Cemetery on March 15, 1895. Ex. Spink Australia Sale 33 (lot 2410).
