NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL & INDUSTRIAL ASSOCIATION OF QUEENSLAND, in bronze (73 mm) by R. Capner, reverse inscribed 'G. Fischer/for/coil porcelain/1877'. Considerable surface and rim marks otherwise good fine.

Sold with a photocopy of a handwritten account of the recipient's life. He was born in Bavaria, Germany in 1825 and emigrated to Australia in 1856, arriving to settle in Brisbane in 1857.
