C de G. L.G. 5 April 1919. Together with: 'Invalided from the Service' Certificate; Bestowal Certificate for Belgian Award (both in glazed frames); ANZAC 'A' badge RAS and RSL badges; and photocopies of Statement of Service; Discharge Certificate and newspaper clipping relating to his death.
