The fourth, fifth, twelfth, fourteenth, sixteenth and the last all from A. Dowle in 1978, the fifth from London trade in 1980's, tenth from Spink in 1989, eighteenth from Schwer in 1984, nineteenth ex W.G. Wright Collection, the others all from Baldwin in 1984.
