The second, fifth, sixth, twelfth, fifteenth, seventeenth, eighteenth and the last all from A. Dowle in 1978, ninth from Schwer in 1984, tenth ex Myles Gerson Collection, thirteenth ex R. Greig Collection in 1979, the others from Baldwin in 1984.
