PROBUS, (A.D. 276-282), base silver antoninianus, Tripolis mint (5.43 grams), obv. radiate bust to right of Probus draped and cuirassed, around IMP C M AVR PROBVS P F AVG, rev. Probus standing to right holding sceptre receiving globe from Jupiter to left holding sceptre, around CLEMENTIA TEMP, XXI in exergue, (S.3343, RIC 927). With much original silvering, broad flan, extremely fine.
