TIBERIUS, (A.D. 14-37), AE as, Rome mint, issued A.D. 15-16, (11.172 grams), obv. bare head of Tiberius to left, around TI CAESAR DIVI AVG F AVGVST IMP VIII, rev. [PONTIF MAXIM TRI]BVN POTE[ST XVII], S C in centre, (S.567, RIC 30, BMC 48). Has porosity on the reverse, otherwise fine/good and scarce.
