PAPUA AND NEW GUINEA, 1966 - 1998, First Day Covers and mint stamps. First day covers mostly addressed to 1974, unaddressed from 1974, fair coverage, some duplication, mostly clean (164). Mint sets in blocks of four 1980's - 1990's, some earlier in singles (about 90 sets). Also some commemmorative covers (40).
