ROYAL MINT, cased pair of mint official's weights for sovereign and half sovereign in copper, uniface post 1870. Housed in solid wood fitted case (60 x 47mm) inside of lid stamped C.M. 2.1900. Faint ink writing putting current weights 120.7 (?) and 58.63 (grains) respectively. Good extremely fine and extremely rare. (2)
