BURMA, Pyu Coinage, Srikshetra, Period of the Chenla monarchy, (A.D. 200-500), silver full unit, (9.458 grams), obv. rising sun, rev. Srivatsa design, (Robinson & Shaw 3.7; Mitchiner ACW 5246-5242, M.2567-2572). Extremely fine and scarce.

Gutman describes this issue as belonging to the 'Glass Palace Chronicles' and suggested that they belong to a later period 500-600 A.D., and they originated from the Funan capital Oc-Eo a seaport in now Kampuchea.
