COIN CASE, a hand made wooded coin case fitted to hold 21 crown size coins set in green velvet, the outer wood grain top carefully made of pieces of wood to represent coins of Australia, China, U.s.A. etc. Most interesting and unusual, fine.

Believed to have been originally made by Mr.P. Perekhrist for his collection of Chinese dollars (in this sale) and subsequently acquired by Mr.I. Bekisz (both men were members of the Australian Numismatic Society in the 1950's and early 1960's).

Estimate / sale price does not include buyer's premium (currently 22% including GST) which is added to hammer price.
