GEORGE V, engraved penny 1916, the central area of the reverse has been carefully removed and engraved an old Celtic cross and the legend 'In Loving Memory of Lord Kitchener, drowned HMS Hampshire 5th June' the 1916 of the penny date below this engraving. A most interesting item, very fine.
