RUSSIA, old-time collection hinged to 17 large leaves all fully described, 1898-1920, some duplication most notes are different, includes fractional and 1919 Currency one to three rouble notes, together with Soviet Issue of Riga in Latvia notes 1.1.1920 (Riga's Workers Deputies' Soviet) (8), (P.R1-4). Mostly very fine or better. (52)
