ADMIRALTY ISLANDS, World War II, Fleet Officers' Club, one chit, Pacific Islands military issue, not in Schwan/ Boling. Some toning, very fine and extremely rare.

The Admiralty Islands are part of Papua New Guinea and are situated to its north, and to the west of New Britain. They were captured from the Japanese by the allies in the first few months of 1944 and Manus in the Admiralties was quickly developed into one of the largest naval bases in the Pacific.
