MELBOURNE 1956, Olympic Torch used in the Olympic torch relay run from Cairns to the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Lettering around base of flame protector reads, XVI Olympiad - 1956; Olympia - Melbourne, Olympic rings voided around wind protector (overall height 47.5cms). Good very fine and rare.
