MUHAMMAD SHAH, (A.H. 1131-1161), (A.D. 1719-1748), round Gold third mohur or pagoda, struck at Imtiyazgarh (Adoni) mint (South India), no date or Regnal year, obv. Muhammad Shah name at top, rev. mint name, (BMC 977, Indian Museum Calcutta 1839-1841, Lucknow 3771, KM 439C.1). Nearly extremely fine and rare.

Ex. Wreck of the 'Fame' at Sea Point, Table Bay, Cape Town on 14th June, 1822.
