SULTANS OF DELHI, Fakhr-D-Din Muhammad III bin Tughluq, (725-752 A.H., 1325-1351 A.D.), gold tankah, (10.91 grams), Daru-l-Islam mint, dated 727, obv. three lines, within circle and margin around, (the Kalina, around, this coin was struck at Daru-l-Islam in the year seven hundred and twenty seven), rev. four lines in centre (the labourer in the road of God Muhammad Bin Tughlag Shah) around the four prophets by name, (Rajgor 1203, Wright 479, cf.Hull 290). Attempted piercing on the reverse otherwise good very fine and rare.
