IONIA, Smyrna, Tiberius, (A.D. 14-37), AE 16, (3.514 grams), obv. laureate head of Tiberius to right, TIBEP[IOC CEBA]CTOC, rev. garlanded altar, traces of legend around, (S.269, RPC 2470, BMC 263); Syria, probably Antioch, Augustus, (27 B.C. - A.D. 14), AE 26, (12.704 grams), obv. bare head right, AVGVS[T TR PO]T around, rev. S C in wreath, (RPC 4105, RIC 530). First in need of conservation, otherwise fine, both very rare types.
