Certificate; Officer's pass (identity card) with threequarter length photograph of recipient; and officer's army book 439, where his home address is given as 'Reveille' Thulimbah Qld; and with notation that he 'performed the duties of Supervisor & British Military Representative in the Province of Akhalkalaki Georgia for four months', having served in the Transcaucus from 23 December 1918 until 3 October 1919.
