Letters A&S.H./Cam'n Highrs. First and last unnamed, others impressed, mounted for wear. Very fine. $ M.C.:L.G. 4 June 1917 'For operations in Greek Macedonia, Serbia and Bulgaria.' M.I.D: L.G. 21 July 1919; 30 January 1919. CdeG: L.G. 21 July 1919. Together with M.I.D. Certificate; Officer's pass (identity card) with threequarter length photograph of recipient; and officer's army book 439, where his home address is given as 'Reveille' Thulimbah Qld; and with notation that he 'performed the duties of Supervisor & British Military Representative in the Province of Akhalkalaki Georgia for four months', having served in the Transcaucus from 23 December 1918 until 3 October 1919. All awards also confirmed.
