Elagaballus laureate bust to right facing Julia Maesa bust to left, around AVT K MAVP ANT**W*NEINOC IOV**L*IA MAICA AV**G*, rev. snake with head to right, around V**P* IO**L ANT* CE**L*EVKOV MAPKIA]NO**POLI, with **TWN* in exergue, E in field to left, (cf.S.3147, BMC 67 [p.36], Pick 971 [p.277]). Dark brown patina, nearly very fine and rare for this reverse.
