ITALY, Bruttium, Kroton, (c.520 B.C.), silver nomos, stater or didrachm (7.91 g), obv. Delphic tripod with three handles and legs terminating in lion's feet and set on exergual line of dots between plain lines, cable and pellet border, **QPO to left, rev. Delphic tripod incuse in flan, (S.225, Weber 997, SNG ANS 230, SNG Manchester 306, SNG Cop. 1735, Gale 1, BMC 3). Toned, well centred, good very fine and rare.
