GREAT BRITAIN, George V, 1913-1934 high value 'Sea Horses' issues wmk. single cypher, from 2/6 to one pound (£1) issues, Waterlow printing (6), SG 399 - 404 (both colours of one pound SG 403. 404, both are illustrated), De La Rue printing (9) 2/6 - 10/-, SG 405 - 413, Bradbury, Wilkinson printing (6) SG 413a - 417, extra 2/6 (2); 1934 Re-engraved issues (3) 2/6 - 10/-, SG 450 - 452. (CV £9,050). All used, £1 stamps are scarce, several with clear postmarks. (26)
