SCOTTISH HIGHLAND, Banchory-Devenick ploughing medal, 1875 in sterling silver (42mm), a plain disc marked by maker, 'B.B', with an ornate surround and suspension, the obverse is inscribed, 'Champion Medal/For Ploughing/Banchory Devk/1875', reverse is plain. In unofficial case, toned, nearly extremely fine.

Banchory-Devenick is a village about two kilometres south of Aberdeen, Scotland.
