MALAYA, Kelantan, Pingat Kemahkotan (Coronation Medal) 1944 in silver, reverse inscribed, 15.11.1963. Incorrect ribbon, extremely fine.

The medal illustrated on p95 in Malayan Orders and Decorations by Sqn Ldr E.H.O'Toole DFC, RAF and Haji Abdul Mubin Sheppard PPT, CMG, MBE, ED, MCS, published 1961, also is inscribed on reverse with the date 15.11.63. The correct ribbon for the medal is 30mm wide and is black with four narrow orange stripes in the centre.
