BANK OF NEW SOUTH WALES, five pounds, Sydney, 2 day of Oct 1882 (date partially handwritten), A/A/221209, signed by Manager and countersigned, imprint of Charles Skipper & East London, '40' handwritten in pencil on back of note (MVR type 7(c), p.79, fig.78, 79). Creases and folds, rust mark bottom border, otherwise very fine.
