FIJI, Central Monetary Authority of Fiji, Elizabeth II, five dollars, undated (1974), A/4 999001/2 consecutive pair and A/4 999999/1000000 consecutive pair (P.73c). Uncirculated and excessively rare, probably a unique combination. (4)

Together with a printed card 'batch cover' for 1,000 $5 notes, A/4 999001 - A/4 1000000. Obtained by the owner while working as a bank teller in Fiji in 1974.
