GERMANY, Piccard and Kipfer Ascent into the Stratosphere 1931, in bronze (36mm), by Karl Goetz, obverse busts of Professor Piccard and Dr. Kipfer, reverse the balloon Riedinger taking off from Augsburg (Kinast 462). Extremely fine and rare.
