TRIO. 1939-45 Star; Air Crew Europe Star; British War Medal 1939-45. Unnamed; but attributed to Flight Lieutenant Alan Chalmers RAF, killed in an aircraft accident 10 June 1940.

Together with RAF Commission dated 20 June 1938; pages from flying log book; officer statement of RAF service; Air Council's forwarding slip; two condolence letters from RAF Station Bicester; Commemorative Scroll; CWGC record, photograph of recipient, full length signed sketch of recipient and photograph of Nimrod aircraft.
