TURKEY, Ottoman Empire, Mehmed V (1909-1918), State Notes of the Ministry of Finance, specimen five hundred livres, AH1332 (1916), A.000000, signed Cavid on front, unsigned on back, 'DRUCKPROBE' perforated twice at top (P.94s; Gaciroglu RS-4-10). Creases in margins and bent corners having been in an album, stamp hinge on back, minor toning, otherwise good extremely fine and excessively rare.

Unpriced in Pick. A typed list with the collection indicates that 25,670 of this denomination were printed.
