TURKEY, Ottoman Empire, Mehmed V (1909-1918), State Notes of the Ministry of Finance, specimen ten livres, AH1332 (1916), O.000000, signed Cavid on front, unsigned on back, 'DRUCKPROBE' perforated twice at top, 'Wertlos' stamped in top and bottom margins both sides, other printer's instructions at bottom right on front (P.92s; Gaciroglu RS-4-8). Two stamp hinges on back, otherwise virtually uncirculated and rare.
