PHOENICIA, Tyre Mint, Caracalla (A.D. 198-217), silver tetradrachm, (13.42 g), issued 213-217, obv. laureate bust cuirassed of Caracalla to right, around AYT KAI AN TWNINOC CE, rev. eagle standing facing, head to left, wreath in beak, between legs murex shell on a club, around **DHMARC EX UPATO*C **TOD*, (S.2679, Bellinger 306 [ANS Num. Studies No.3, p.87], Prieur 1549 [p.171]). Very fine and very scarce.
