EUBOIA, Histiaia, (mid 4th century B.C.), silver tetrobol, (2.30 g), obv. nymph Histiaia head to right wreathed with vine leaves, hair rolled, rev. nymph Histiaia seated to right on galley with stylis, legend **ISTIAI* to lower right, E**W*N behind, aplustre on galley, (S.2495 [£100], cf.BCD 372 [Lanz 111], Boston 1033 [corrected]). Very fine, porous and rare.
