M. CIPIUS, silver denarius, (c.115-114 B.C.), (3.48 g), Rome mint, obv. head of Roma right, helmeted, M.CIPI.M.F. before X behind, rev. Victory in biga to right, rudder below horses [R]OM[A] in exerque, (S.166, Cr. 289/1, Syd. 546, BMC Italy 522, B. Cipia 1). Toned, good very fine.
