FRANCE, Battle of Marengo and the Crossing of the Great St Bernard, 1800, in bronze (58mm) by Andrieu, obverse, bust of Bonaparte as First Consul, surrounded by flags, battle scene on tablet below, reverse, Bonaparte on horseback crossing the pass, wielding thunderbolts; Australia, 5th Australian Divisional Engineers Aquatic Sports, Corbie Somme, France 3-7-17, award medal in bronze (48mm) inscribed on reverse '10 Oared/Galley Race/J.T.Crago 7' within wreath. Second medal cased, first with small edge knicks, spotted verdigris on both, very fine - nearly extremely fine. (2)
