MASONIC SECRETARY'S JEWEL, Lodge Tumbarumba 553, with silver monogram initials, 'KH' on ribbon, reverse inscribed, 'Presented to/Wor:Bro: K.Holm/By/The Bretheren/in recognition of his/valuable services as/Secretary of the Lodge/and as a token of esteem/August.1948./Lodge Tumbarumba/No.553', in case of issue by Harvey C. Smith Pty Ltd; Mark Master Mason breast jewel in case; Royal Arch Mason Companion jewel in gilt; suspension pin inscribed 'Karoonda', in gilt; suspension pin and bar inscribed, 'T.U.L.' with monogram initials, 'WCD', all in gilt, no jewel. Fine - extremely fine. (5)
Mr K. Holm was the Shire Clerk of Tumbarumba, a small town in NSW located on the periphery of the Riverina and South West Slopes regions at the western edge of the Snowy Mountains, about 480 kilometres southwest of Sydney.
