MASONIC JEWELS, IOOF Grand Lodge of NSW, Deputy Grand Registrar's jewel in silver (?); IOOF Grand Encampment NSW, Past Grand Patriarch jewel in gilt silver, reverse inscribed, 'G.L of A/Pres By Grand Encampment/To Grand Patriarch E.J.Stidwell/To Commemorate His Year of Office 1939/40'; IOOF Past Grand Master jewel in silver, reverse inscribed, 'I.O.O.F/Presented to/Bro. Wm Newton/Grand Master/1926-1927'. Display mounted on board, good very fine. (3)
Bro. William Newton went on to become Grand Secretary of the Order and in 1941 he had given over 80 years service to the IOOF.
