ANZAC GALLIPOLI COLLECTION, includes 1914-15 Star impressed named to A.C.Lindsay R.N.R.; Gallipoli Star unofficial issue of medal that was proposed and officially approved but never issued (the medal that never was); Anzac Commemorative Medallion 1915, issued 1967 (C.1915/3), named to W.J. Ahearn; another but the smaller commemorative lapel badge issued to those veterans still alive in 1967, reverse impressed 10/1463; A for Anzac bronze letter approved for Gallipoli serving personnel to wear on colour patch; Turkey, Ottoman War Medal, commonly called The Gallipoli Star, back stamped with maker's mark, B.B. & Co (Binder Bruder & Co, Ludenschied, Germany); various Australian Anzac commemorative medals (4, C.1915/7, 10, 13 and 1916/2); other enamel badges (3) for Anzac Memorial, In Memory of Gallipoli, For King and Country The Dardanelles; tin badge For King & Country Anzac Australia. Display mounted on board using double sided tape and with coloured images of Australian and New Zealand soldiers, fine - uncirculated. (lot)
