Caius and Lucius Caesars standing facing, shields and spears between them, above on left simpulum, to right a lituus, in exergue C L CAESARES, around AVGVSTI F COS DESIG PRINC IVVENT, (S.1597, RIC 207, RSC 43), obverse scratch; Domitian, (A.D. 81-96), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued 85, (3.29 g), obv. laureate head of Domitian to right, around IMP CAES DOMIT AVG GERM P M TR P V, rev. around IMP VIIII COS XI CENS POT P P, Minerva fighting to right, (S.-, RIC 73, RSC 194); Hadrian, (A.D. 117-138), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued 138, (2.95 g), obv. laureate head of Hadrian to right, around HADRIANVS AVG COS III P P, rev. around ROMVLO CONDITORI, Romulus advancing right, holding spear and trophy, (S.3538, RIC 266, RSC 1316). Toned, scratch on obverse of first coin, otherwise nearly very fine. (3)
