GREEK FANTASY IN GOLD, (2.20 g), obv. lotus with wreath either side, rev. within incuse square eagle or dove to left standing, with letters and symbols around. Good very fine.`

The lotus and eagle together with letters suggest a link to Cyprus. The piece is believed to be a fantasy created in the Middle East.
