TRIO. Queens South Africa Medal 1899 - three bars - Cape Colony; Transvaal; South Africa 1902. British War Medal 1914-18. Victory Medal. 915 Tpr O.H.Toll Aus.Com.H./4807 Sgt O.H.Toll 52 Bn AIF. Impressed. Very Fine.

Together with photograph of recipient an a small locket, RAS and RSL badges and some research. Recipient served in 1st ACH during the Boer War. Enlisted on 14 August 1914, embarked in the troopship 'Kanowa' on 16 August 1914 and attested in AN&MEF on 6 September 1914. Returned to Townsville on 18 September 1914 and did not participate in the capture of German New Guinea. Discharged on 18 September 1914. Enlisted in AIF ar Charters Towers on 9 November 1916 and discharged on 5 October 1919.
