GREAT BRITAIN. Queen Victoria, Inland Revenue, 1890 5/- rose, overprinted I. R. OFFICIAL (SG O9), postmarked 'Belfast AM 5 30 Jy 20 95'. Fine used, with certificate from expert committee Philatelic Foundation New York dated 7/01/85, submitted by J. & H. Stolow, Inc., noted as 'genuine with disturbed overprint'.
