ARCADIUS, (A.D. 383-408), AE 4, 14mm (1.19 g), Heraclea mint, 1st officina, Struck 383, obv. D N ARCADIVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right, rev. VOT/V in wreath, SMHA in exergue, (S.-. RIC IX 18b1, LRBC 1963). Superb on large flan for issue, good very fine and rare for this coin.
