Valens standing facing head to right, holding labarum and Victory, RESTITVTOR REIPVBLICAE around, *CONS wreath in exergue, (S.4104, RIC IX 25b, Depeyrot 21/2). Light graffiti in reverse field, otherwise very fine or better and scarce.
